Maël Aoustin - Chief Executive Officer
After obtaining an engineering degree from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon and a specialised masters from the HEC Paris business school, Maël began his career at the management consulting firm Oliver Wyman (formerly DiamondCluster), before joining Unibail group as Senior Investment Manager in the Investments department, with responsibility for managing the group’s office buildings portfolio.
In January 2008, he moved within Unibail-Rodamco to become Senior Operating Manager for Spain and subsequently held the roles of Head of Shopping Centre Management (Spain) and Director of Investments (Spain), before being appointed Director of Operations, with responsibility for all the group’s Spanish operations.
In January 2014, he was appointed as Unibail-Rodamco’s Group Director of Leasing and Senior VP for Europe.
Maël Aoustin joined Galimmo Group as CEO on 24 October 2016.
Angélique Cristofari - General Counsel
A graduate of the Université Paris-Dauphine, with a Master’s degree from the ESSEC business school, Angélique spent twelve years at Deloitte & Associés in France, specialising in audit and financial consulting for clients in the real estate sector.
She subsequently moved to Hammerson, a British property development and investment company, for four years, heading up the Corporate Finance department for its operations in France.
Angélique Cristofari is currently Company Secretary and CFO of Galimmo Group.
Eric Ravoire - MRICS - Managing Director France
After graduating from the ESC business school in Amiens and Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, Eric started his career at Unibail’s Marketing department, before moving into shopping centre relets.
He subsequently joined the French subsidiary of Multi Development, a Dutch property developer, as Leasing Manager. In 2004, he moved to CBRE Global Investors, where he held the roles of Asset Manager, Investment Manager for continental Europe and Head of Retail Asset Management, with responsibility for growing and developing the group’s shopping centre portfolio.
He joined Cora in 2014 as Head of Real Estate and was tasked with overseeing the operational aspects of setting up Galimmo as a real estate company specialising in shopping centre management and investment.
Eric was appointed Galimmo Group's Deputy Managing Director for France in October 2016.
Anne Thiry - Managing Director Belgium and Luxembourg
Anne holds a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a specialised master in environmental law and public real estate law from the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.
Before joining Galimmo, she worked as Real Estate Manager (2008 - 2011), Senior Real Estate Manager (2011 - 2017) and finally Head of Real Estate at Carrefour Belgium. Prior to this, Anne held the role of Expansion Manager at Lidl from 2004 to 2008, after starting her career as a lawyer at DLA Piper (2000 - 2004) and Bird & Bird (1999 - 2000).
Anne was appointed Galimmo Group’s Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg on 10 January 2019.
