Helping new arrivals settle in
Galimmo Group has expanded its teams substantially since its establishment in late 2016. We create a personalised induction programme for every new recruit to help them settle into their new role smoothly and quickly. They have the opportunity to meet all the group’s teams early on, to give them an insight into how the group is structured and the types of work our employees do.
At Galimmo, we firmly believe in the need to offer our employees exciting career development opportunities. We work with them at their annual reviews to draw up personalised training plans aimed at developing their knowledge and skills. In 2018, 79% of the group’s employees attended at least one training course.
In 2018, Galimmo introduced its first profit-sharing scheme, with the aim of highlighting to employees the link between their work and the group’s results, as well as helping them achieve their performance goals.
